The ''BEAUTYFUL'' Recreational African Lifestyle...perfect way to DE-STRESS!

Couple of years back while in Ghana,  i always work with Nigerian companies and Establishment who organizes Conferences, Retreats for their Executives in Accra Ghana .  As their Consultant and expert in Body Image as well as a STRESS management , i included in my services to them , some recreational activities that helps the delegates to unwind and relax. Two vital Physical activities i introduced were:

 EARLY MORNING COUNTRY HEALTH WALK
TOURIST VISITS TO NATURAL RESORTS/SITES plus
STRESS MANAGEMENT PAPER PRESENTATION 

  Part of my duties as the Conference consultant was to take the delegates round Ghana to see most popular tourist sites and to RECREATE. The delegates that came to Ghana always loved this part of their conference and never failed to give the companies i represented a good credit when they get back to Nigeria.

This health walk commences from our lodging resort in Akosombo and ends at Upper Volta Hotel in Akosombo Ghana. 

 Ghana also happens to be a very peaceful country to move about freely ...no matter any time of the day!!

 It was so much fun each time i had to work in Ghana and the best part is that my Delegates appreciates every bit of it and writes back to my clients how the HEALTH WALK, TOURS visits helped them to relax and de-stress.

 As an Executive, it is very vital you take time out to recreate and relax thereby keeping your body in great shape for high productivity at your work place.

My Stress management Paper presentation is another fun with the delegates where we share and dialogue deeply about causes of stress and how to mange it in the African style.  Delegates are always surprised to discover little -little things they neglect which creates ill health and stress. My paper presentations are always very relaxing /calming sessions, interactive and Eye opening.  

 There are so many ways to recreate in Africa and i urge Africans to explore more just like the whites who love to visit Africa do.  Oh sure, i meet quite a lot of foreigners enjoying the nature of Africa as i also recreate with my delegates.

Was the David Mark ''failed'' Delegate to U.A. E really Necessary?

During the last concluded Fifa under 17 world cup in the U.A.E the federal government appointed some delegates led by Senate President -David Mark to go cheer up the boys for their Final match with Mexicans. Am i correct here...? Just checking ....because we hear so many news  with  names from all angles in this country and at times ...one get confused which one to listen and believe in. Ok... now, somehow....the group of delegates could not make it to the finals.  Most Nigerians started their mouth runs....ahhhaaaa... you know recently Nigerians are soooooooooooo angry each time they get a whimp of Government spending some kind of money when they, the citizens are bleeding dry in the area of good living. ....''this is a world class Team''...President .J. Goodluck in his Welcome Speech for Golden Eaglets

I do not know about you.... but right now in the History of  Nigeria Sports, International football victory is trending and Nigerians are enjoying every bit of it despite all the economic stress and political ''drama''  going round. I have also not seen our President soooooo happy and excited as he was during his Welcome reception for the Golden Eaglets U-17 team on Sunday Night, 10th of November 2013 at Aso Villa Banquet Hall. Oga .J. was so happy that he even forgot that the reception was a ''cocktail party reception'' where guests stand...when he said  to Guests before his speech.....''please be seated'' and there were no arranged seats for guests to sit.
