ACCEPTING CAREER WOMEN AS GOOD MOTHERS/WIVES.. Why the societal struggle?
SHOULD I GET TIRED OF TALKING ABOUT WOMEN STRUGGLE TO CLIMB THE CAREER LADDER? ''NOPE!!!!!'' IF YOU THINK A MARRIED WOMAN IS SIMPLY ABANDONING HER HOME JUST BECAUSE SHE IS WORKING, HOW ABOUT A MAN WORKING? IS HE ALSO NOT ABANDONING HIS HOME AS WELL? AFTER ALL BOTH OF THEM SIGNED THE MARRIAGE CONTRACT huh? DON'T GET ME WRONG HERE BECAUSE AM NOT DRAGGING ''HEADSHIP'' OR EQUALING SHOULDERS HERE WITH MEN FOLKS..... MY POINT OR MY WORRY IS-- why must a career women who is helping out to cater for the family including the husband be seen as wasting her time and must sit at home cleaning floors/cooking/wiping baby butts? WHAT EVER HAPPENS TO HIRING- HOUSE HELPS CARE GIVERS NANNIES BABY SITTERS CHEFS? I think its high time our society gives the working mother some good credit and also accept that they cannot be tied to the four walls of the kitchen for ever..... Thanks for reading--- jacqui
