Women of ''SUBSTANCE'' do not wait for Marriage or Sell their body to fulfill their life Aspirations.

Today, 18th of November is my birthday and am dedicating this post to me and all women globally who understand that being a woman(single/married) does not mean , you should sit, fold your hands and expect Government and Men  to solve your life problems.

As a Youth and Women Empowerment advocate, i have been following the trends of women both here in Africa where i belong and women in other parts of the world.  When it comes to talents and inner values expositions, the African women are still struggling to push their heads up and those who could not persevere always give up and surrender to what ever life gives to them. In our present age, you do not wait any longer for life to give you what you want, you go for what you want by any reasonable/decent means you can.  I want to take time to talk about this lousy -crappy statements i hear every time the media interview female prostitutes and all the excuse they give for  selling their body is -''Poverty and... no job''. Arrant Nonsense if you ask me!!!! Rubbish!!!

In my line of career, i have a Personal Charity for ''Singles '' where i empower them to be SELF RELIANT by helping them start small scale trading,  paying for them to acquire skills of their choice, and this has enable me meet lots of women including prostitutes. I study these women very closely and this lame excuses most of them always give does not count because, you see most of them very intelligent, creative with even some unexplored skills and they still say-- 'not being able to get a job is their reason for prostitution. They give this lousy excuses and people keep pitying them rather than counseling them out of it and this has made most of them continue to do their illicit- body- selling- business. I also discovered that most of them are lazy and not willing to work and when the society keep buying this idea of them being poor and having no job, you are promoting and motivating them to continue prostitution.

If all women who are poor and have no job starts roaming the streets at night, then what happens? Are those women the only ones poor without any job all over Nigeria/Africa? NO! It is because that is the kind of life they have chosen to live and can also do something about it if they want to. Most of them also enjoy selling their body and if you try pulling them out, they get aggressive and Wild!!

Another angle that i want to talk about here concerns the men who go for these women. I always define this prostitution stuff as -a trader who goes out to sell every day and nobody buys his/her goods. If this non-patronage continues day after day, week after week,  he/she will stop what ever he/she is selling and look into other things to do to earn a living. On the other hand, if there is good patronage, the selling continues. So the men who go and pick these ladies at nights, what do we call them? As far as am concerned, if your love life is all about sleeping with prostitutes as a man, you are also a prostitute yourself. If you do not go out and patronize these ladies, they will look for something else to do to earn a living.

For  the rest of the women who finds it difficult to get jobs. Stop looking and try develop your talents and skills. If you do not have any skills, learn some.  I get angry when i see our young ladies who say they have no job but carrying a smart  phone that is not less than 80,000 naira. You see most of ladies using very expensive phones and yet you are jobless. Ok..if you did not buy it and someone decides or already bought it for you, sell it and use the money to learn some kind of a skill or start small trading.(For those of you who are not Nigerians reading this, 80,0000 Naira is a good sum of money for any serious young lady who wants to acquire some skills like- CATERING, BAKERY, HAIR DRESSING, FASHION DESIGNING etc to do so comfortably.) With such money you can learn any skills of your choice here in Nigeria Comfortably then start waiting to open your own shop or outlet. Get the skills first before looking for money to buy equipment and rent a shop to start a business.  Most of you will jump this stage of acquiring a good skill and concentrate on money to do business. You get into the business and crash out in a year because you know no shit about the business you are into.

The economic situation in most Africa countries are not friendly for their citizens but if you cannot get the kind of life you want from your Government, you CREATE your own life the way you want it to be. and this includes exposing your talents, Values and capabilities and  putting them into good usage . Most times and (this is fact) the big job and wealth  you are looking for comes along FREE when people notice that you have started doing something for yourself, you are hardworking, you want to make  a change in your life and society, then  they will be willing to give you a helping hand.
