Jacqui herself Living in the tropics can be pretty tricky for the women who love to pamper their skin especially fair skins. You never could tell the reaction of that expensive jar of caviar moisturizer if you walk out of the door during the hot day. Did i hear you say - use spf? Days are gone when spfs work in the tropics..at least in my own region.. It does not matter if its spf 30 or higher....the sun we have presently care less about spf and even react negatively to it causing more shine, burns and skin irritations for users. What works for me?  I try going with more natural/organic stuff and use makeup lightly.  As a fair skin person with oily skin, i try not to apply lotion/cream in the morning and use cake/pressed/loose powder to reduce shine. Liquid foundation works better for me at nights. As an African, i understand how most Africans operate their life activities and i must tell you, life in the African setting is very stressful ....
