when you stand before your mirror and take a long look at yourself...what do you see? Do you like what you see or you simply hiss and feel like hitting the mirror? Hey, it does n ot matter what you see, you alone can tell yourself exactly what you see and if you really did not like what you saw, it is in your entire power to change it. How you go about it is a gist for another day. Just  know that the mirror does not lie....no matter how twisted you look! In my job as a Body Image consultant, i deal a lot with people with weight problem, Skin issues, Nutrition problems. I and a delegate in a Boat  cruise alongside some white tourists Couple of years back while in Ghana,  i always work with Nigerian companies and Establishment who organizes Conferences, Retreats for their Executives in Accra Ghana .  As their Consultant and expert in Body Image as well as a STRESS management , i included in my services to them , some recreational activities that helps the delegates to unwind and relax. Two vital Physical activities i introduced were: EARLY MORNING COUNTRY HEALTH WALK TOURIST VISITS TO NATURAL RESORTS/SITES plus STRESS MANAGEMENT PAPER PRESENTATION   Part of my duties as the Conference consultant was to take the delegates round Ghana to see most popular tourist sites and to RECREATE .
