why do celebs ever bother to get married? It is not compulsory to marry...is it?



If it is about having children, you can always have them but  the idea of two people getting married and parting ways so soon suddenly after, makes me wonder  if they actually understand what marriage means.


Ask them why they split? It is always the story of infidelity!!  Honestly i think celebs should not get married in the first place!

HOW DOES STRESS creates OBESITY?

Most people in my country Nigeria, keep asking me how STRESS creates OBESITY. This is because they understand the high level of stress in Nigeria and to them, when you are stressed, A .You do not  have enough time to eat. (too busy chasing money)    B .Eat good food. ( Lack of proper  knowledge of  Healthy eating/poverty)    C . Even not to eat at all. (Lack of Appetite)  Now these people who think this way with their own analysis of stress ''ROAD MAP'' forget that same stress crises also makes it possible for them to eat ANYTHING available to them,  have less/no time to relax/sleep well, no energy to exercise. I find it absurd to hear and see most Nigerians behaving as if all along, they never knew the real personality of our President.  Nigeria as a nation is not an easy country to lead comfortably without staining one's hands and the man -Jonathan refused to stain his hands and image so as to please certain group of people . Nigerians never saw this aspect of our president till he did what he did after the Presidential Elections. President Jonathan had and still have some of the high media and Public Relations personnel in his cabinet but i wondered how he allowed them to keep their job for so long up till now.  A man like Rueben Abati whom i perceived as very fearless and very vocal when he was at THE GUARDIAN NEWSPAPERS suddenly turned into a cold turkey when employed to represent and speak on behalf of the president in the arena of the media world.
