As an African, i understand how most Africans operate their life activities and i must tell you, life in the African setting is very stressful .... The news here is that most African die prematurely from stress and stress related sicknesses without knowing. I can prove what am saying here because the reactions and questions i get each time i deliver my paper on - STRESS MANAGEMENT   proves what am talking about. Why must someone keep visiting a GP for a period of 1year just to get pills for good sleep at nights? If you are healthy , you must not take pills before  you sleep. Sleep comes naturally!!! Why must you live months after months on pain killers for joint pains, early morning headache and all kinds of pain in your body?  Yet no relief?
