 Joyce uloma Ikpeme, is the founder & CEO of triplejstitches, a clothing brand created in 2015. A graduate of Adult and Community Education Rivers state university of Science & Technology port Harcourt, Rivers state Nigeria. She got married in 2011 & moved to united states in 2012 where she put her sewing/fashion designs dreams into practice. She started sewing for others and started making some little income but it was difficult making enough to pay bills. She got an office job but never gave up on her passion for Sewing believing things will get better. In 2013, she and her husband welcomed their first child, a baby girl. She was so pretty that Joyce quit her job to concentrate taking care of her baby. As a nursing mother, she still kept herself very resourceful by attending some online fashion school which upgraded her sewing skills and fashion business but patronage was still scarce. In 2015, she had her second child followed by third child in 2...

They came, they fought and they conquered! Is it possible to talk about women history and not remember these courageous and fearless females? As the world mark #IWD2023, the entire team of my Humanitarian outreach- SHETHATLEADS HUMANITARIAN OUTREACH AFRICA , salutes these women who stood for justice, equity, fairness and respect not just for women but for all mankind despite your race, skin color, social status and gender.  

Each time i see stories of Prince Charles and his late wife, Princess Diana... it always hit me with rushing emotions. I followed their story starting from courtship to the elaborate wedding ceremony that captured the heart of the world. Back then Camilla was in the picture but what most people who loved and still love Princess Diana didn't get a grip on was the ugly stories we have been hearing that led to their sour marriage. Late Princess Diana was always in the tabloids but the reasons why she sought love in the arms of Dodi Fayed weren't made public...at least not to the world. Anyways, the whole gist could be said to be " water under the bridge..." for some but i just want to point out something vital here. It's quite obvious the union was arranged by the Royals. Diana must have loved Prince Charles then but from the turn out and recent events on Camilla becoming the next future Queen of England, has made it obvious that, Prince Charles never loved Princess ...

Since the war between Russia and Ukraine started...Ukraine women have been making their country PROUD. It's really sad seeing the cities of ukraine in rubbles but one eye opener to the world since this was started has been, the support of women carrying guns to fight with their soldiers. Someone was curious to ask while we are discussing about the war- if, every Ukrainian knows how to handle guns?  Mind you we aren't talking about small guns but highly sophisticated weapons of war. Does it mean every Ukrainian woman knows how to handle guns?🤔🤔 However you see this support of the ukraine women for their country, i personally applaud the Ukraine women for their selfless and fearless support to their country.✔✅💖💗 Let's pray for Ukraine!!🕯🕯🕯 #braveukrainianwomen 

GHOST v TOMMY. #POWERSTARZ series has been all over social media asking #powerfans to choose between being on either GhostTeam or TommyTeam. Crazy ....if you are a good fan of this US gangster drug series which  features, produced/directed by #50cent You might be wondering why I am interested in this flick🤔....are you suprised 🙄? Don't be. Despite all the heavy killings...drugs..sex scenes, it's a good storyline which  exposes how friends influencing can cripple and destroy families and personality traits. Like asking Fan to choose between the two major characters Tommy/Ghost, two close friends who grew up like brothers in the ghetto,   Ghost trying to clean up himself from drugs, killings and go legit but Tommy seems to keep dragging him back to old times dirty deals and stuff. Now, it gets to a stage, both of them had to get rid of each other to survive and that is how this choosing of a thing crops up. For me, it's a tough call to choose...both of them are goo...

President Paul of Rawanda&Wife Cool huh?  If you don't know them you might think they are just lovebirds taking a leisure walk. This happens to be the charming president of Rawanda and his lovely wife walking sideways with fellow citizens of Rwanda. No sights of macho security men in black suits with angry looks....no road blocks for hours....just being themselves. You now wonder- is their own presidency spelt differently from the way we spell ours  in Nigeria? Am sure you guys get my drift here. I guess, if you are at peace with your citizens, sure within yourself you are delivering the jobs they sent you in there to do, you will not be afraid mixing up with them and sharing a good walk alongside with them on the streets.

Someone saw this illustration and was having a hard time figuring out how to sieve the genuine  REALIST to sum up this vision in his life  His concerns and fears were quite clear and I understand why.  The thing is this, you can never allow the fear of getting your instincts wrong ruin your chances of "trying". Michelle Dede  Honestly, when i heard of our own version of desperate housewives, i was excited and looking forward to it.  Sadly when it finally came, what i saw was just like little children playing jokes and imitating each other. What baffles me is that the cast has most of the Nigerians talents in it yet all they do is to be copying the cast of the American version word-to-word... Don't we have our own lifestyle stuff that portrays how desperate  house wives in Africa behave? Now i can't wait to see how Michelle Dede who is acting like Susan will behave at the scene where she becomes a stripper at double D stripper club just to stop mike the husband from working at the club. Someone tell me....if Michelle 's husband does what mike did, do we call that African life style? Go back and watch that scene very well(the American version) and tell me which African man will tolerate that as a husband.

I find it absurd to hear and see most Nigerians behaving as if all along, they never knew the real personality of our President.  Nigeria as a nation is not an easy country to lead comfortably without staining one's hands and the man -Jonathan refused to stain his hands and image so as to please certain group of people . Nigerians never saw this aspect of our president till he did what he did after the Presidential Elections. President Jonathan had and still have some of the high media and Public Relations personnel in his cabinet but i wondered how he allowed them to keep their job for so long up till now.  A man like Rueben Abati whom i perceived as very fearless and very vocal when he was at THE GUARDIAN NEWSPAPERS suddenly turned into a cold turkey when employed to represent and speak on behalf of the president in the arena of the media world. There were nasty stuff always out in the media and the public which ordinarily were lies or just rumors and Reuben ...
